Do not remove the daylight covers from the objective lenses at any time until you are ready to use the system in a dark and/or nighttime environment and especially do not remove in bright sunlight.
Damage to the image intensifier tube may result from exposure to sunlight and will invalidate your warranty.
Do not touch or scratch the external lens surfaces.
Clean the SPYRON monocular with clean fresh water, dry thoroughly and clean lens with lens paper prior to storage.
The SPYRON monocular is warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for 2 years from the purchase date.
This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any other warranty, either expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose.
We exclude from warranty any defects caused by the user such as but not limited to :
In addition, we exclude warranty for any defects resulting from inexpert alterations or repairs carried out by the purchaser or his agent.
Please contact the distributor where you made the purchase to get a Return Material Authorization (RMA) for repair, spares or a replacement where applicable.
To obtain the RMA, give your distributor the serial number and detailed product information and follow his instructions.

Before initiating any warranty processes and contacting the seller of your SPYRON monocular, please first carry out all the following verification steps :

Remove any dust and dirt using a cleaning brush or air pressure.
Wash lens with clean, fresh water soaked into a flannel cloth.
If available, apply a light coat of demist compound to the lens and wipe off with a clean flannel cloth.
The night vision device is subject in whole or in part to international regulations controlling the final destination and some countries regulate possession and/or use. It cannot be exported or re-exported in whole or in part without obtaining a prior license(s) or authorization(s) from the country(ies) concerned.
If you want to travel, exhibit or ship a night vision device, you must check out the import/export laws in your country and the local laws in the country you are transferring your night vision device to. Some countries regulate possession and/or use of night vision devices.
If you need advice or information on how to do this, contact your nearest local distributor.
Also if you want to own a night vision device, you must comply with the regulation of the country in which you reside.
The night vision device must comply with the EC regulation no. 428/2009 as of May 5, 2009 establishing a community system for control of exports, transfers, brokerage and transit of dual-use goods. For this, you must apply for a license from the dual-use goods department of the country in which you reside.
